Sodexo's subsidiary InReach has announced the acquisition of US vending and office coffee business Capitol Vending and Coffee.
Founded in 1994, Capitol Vending and Coffee operates in Austin, San Antonio and adjacent areas. Capitol Vending and Coffee is known for its fair trade and organic coffee offerings, as well as its commitment to sustainability, using biodegradable disposables 'whenever possible,' as explained by the company.
The acquisition aims to expand InReach's presence in Texas, adding around 250 new clients.
